Where business knowledge becomes real capability.
A four-year degree that builds the complete business foundation, lets you specialise in Management, Marketing or Human Resource Management, adds a minor in a second field, and takes you into the workplace before you graduate through an internship, applied business projects, field visits, real business cases and engagement with managers and industry professionals. You leave with evidence of what you can do, not only what you know.

Every graduate leaves with evidence of what they can do, not only what they know.
That promise shapes this degree. You are assessed through a mix of examinations, cases, projects, presentations and applied learning experiences, so that by graduation you can show what you are able to do. The program is designed around the College's seven graduate competencies: analytical thinking and decision-making, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, effective business communication, digital and AI fluency, ethical and sustainable responsibility, collaboration and leadership, and adaptability and lifelong learning.
Business skills are needed across nearly every sector of the UAE economy. On Sharjah's eastern coast that means trade, tourism, logistics, public services and a fast-growing base of small and family enterprises. Every one of them needs people who understand how an organisation works as a whole and can lead a part of it well. This degree makes you one of them.
Every student builds the same complete foundation in accounting, finance, economics, marketing, management, business law, ethics, statistics, information systems, operations and research methods, plus six program courses shared by all: Human Resource Management, Consumer Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Public Sector Management, Management of Technology and Innovation, and an Internship in Business. On that base you choose one of three concentrations and add a five-course minor in a second field. You graduate broad enough to move across functions and deep enough to be useful from the first day.
