You are assessed through a mix of examinations, cases, projects, presentations and applied learning experiences, so that by graduation you can show what you are able to do. The program is designed around the College's seven graduate competencies: analytical thinking and decision-making, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking, effective business communication, digital and AI fluency, ethical and sustainable responsibility, collaboration and leadership, and adaptability and lifelong learning.
The UAE is one of the world's major trading nations. Its ports, airports, free zones and rail network move goods between Asia, Africa and Europe, and the people who plan, source, store, ship and improve those flows are needed in every sector: logistics and shipping, retail and e-commerce, manufacturing, energy, healthcare, construction and government. This degree makes you one of them.
Every student builds the same complete business foundation in accounting, finance, economics, marketing, management, business law, ethics, statistics, information systems, operations and research methods. On that base, you take nine specialist supply chain courses that cover every link of the chain: Supply Chain Planning & Operation, Quality & Process Management, Transportation Planning and Management, Supply Chain Analytics, Logistics & Supply Chain Modeling, Distribution & Warehouse Management, Procurement & Supply Management, Internship in SCM, and Project in SCM (Capstone). You then choose two program electives and add a five-course minor in Management, Marketing or Human Resource Management.
Admission follows the University of Kalba's published admission requirements. The conditions below are those that apply to the Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management.

Employers need qualified planners, buyers, analysts and logistics managers, and the profession offers a clear ladder from coordinator to director. Most graduates begin in an officer, coordinator or analyst role and move to specialist, supervisory and managerial positions as they gain experience, or build a business of their own.
Starting roles: Supply chain coordinator, demand or production planner, inventory analyst, operations officer, quality or process officer.
With experience: Supply chain planner, operations manager, planning manager, continuous improvement manager, supply chain manager, head of operations.
